THE 'F'-WORD BREAKFAST RUN - DEALERSHIP TO DEALERSHIP
18th JULY 2010
After the football fallout fever it was "Happy Birthday Tata Mandela" day and with a little forethought fearless Fanie fed the faithful few, the HOG fraternity and some of the Famous Fervent Five Fidelity Faction (EXCO) with fantastic food for free (...this is no fairy-tale or fable).
Firstly, on arrival, frosty and feelingless fingers soon found Fanie's fine filter coffee flasks. After a few fotos taken by our fabulous freelance photographers, the suitably fashioned fleece-attired flock fuelled their fetishes, fired up their 39 flash phantoms and flew down the familiar (and not-so-familiar) freeways, finding and avoiding the ferocious foxholes under the fine firmament.
No faux pas or fallacy fabrication on this familiar breakfast run feat.... 126 kms - and 2 hours 5 minutes - not for the faint-hearted, fickle or fearful. A fantastic foray passed fallow fields and farmhouses at a fleetness varying from frenetic and furious to facile. A free-spirited fresh fortune hunting fleeting flash that has flavoured and filled our flesh with a first-rate fireworks of feverish ferocity to arm us for the next few days till our next fervent flaming frigging fixation (WTF?)
Formation (in-front) Fundi - Chris
- Front-man (Fuhrer) - Kevin
- Follower (at the back) Fella - Warren
- "Fiets" Friendly Fellas on duty - Dennis and Andrew
Firsthand and Fact - on our return, famished and fatigued, we found a flavoursome free fried food and fruit festive. Fabulous and fine breakfast fare at the Dealership facility! The fidgety and finicky fruit dodgers, always first and in-front, many with formidable frames, and some with faded faculties, were fiercely forking the freebies into their faces.
All HOGS were foraging furiously and ferociously. A frigging faultless fantastic farmhouse feast feat finale (no fiasco) by fearless Fanie, folks!
I can't for the life of me translate the route into "F" words so for those of you who are interested it went like this :
...down Rivonia, left into Bryanston Drive. Right into Main. Left into Witkoppen, right into Cedar. Left at the T-Junction passed the Lion Park and over Malibongwe. Left into Peter. Over Beyers Naude and up the hill onto Doreen Drive.
We turned right onto Ontdekkers. Followed Ontdekkers until the Junction at Pardekraal where we turned right and followed the road down the Krugersdorp hill onto the N14 Highway. Travelled on the highway to the Zwartkops/Kyalami off ramp where we turned right towards Kyalami.
We passed the Kyalami Race Track and travelled through Woodmead, joining the M1 South highway to the Greyston off-ramp where we turned right towards Sandton. Right into Rivonia and into the Dealership...
The friendly HOG Family all look forward to future furtherance of fantastic events like this.
Farewell for now from the Flunky Factotum Fairy
(go on - you know you want to look this word up in your dictionaries)
