ADVANCED RIDER TRAINING AT GEROTEK

The next H.O.G. advanced riders course will be held at the internationally acclaimed training facility, Gerotek.

Different aspects of the facility will be used like the high speed oval, skid pan, dynamic handling track, alpine track and more...

The basic program:

  • 08:00 Arrive and sign on
  • 08:30 Class Room theory
  • 09:00 Oval – Pack rider training and braking demonstrations
  • 10:00 Straight Track – Here we will be doing braking, U turns and counter steering
  • 11:00 Dynamic Handling Circuit - Late turn in and apex, cornering speed
  • 12:00 Wet Circuit - this will be for demo purposes mainly and only willing participants can have a slow ride around
  • 12:30 Lunch
  • 13:30 Incline start
  • 14:00 Alpine circuit on the hill - this is just the grand finale to bring together all the points
  • 15:00 Close

Please note:

  • Certificates will be awarded at the H.O.G. night that follows this training event.
  • Riders must have completed the H.O.G. intermediate riders course.
  • Riders must have a full drivers licence to attend the course
  • Course must be completed on your own motorcycle
  • It’s is a one day course
