ABCs of Touring is an exciting touring competition that provides H.O.G. members with an added incentive to ride to new and out-of-the-way destinations, both nationally and globally. This competition has already been successfully established abroad, with eager support and participation from H.O.G. members worldwide.

We are proud to launch it in South Africa for the first time this year and trust that it will add to the riding pleasure and fun experiences of H.O.G. members in South Africa .

This alphabet chasing program involves earning points for visiting various cities, towns and provinces - the spelling of these beginning with as many different letters of the alphabet as possible.

Participants are awarded points when they submit photographs of themselves and their Harleys® in front of official signs while holding a current copy of either Hog Tales® , Enthusiast® or H.O.G. SA magazines. There are other ways of earning points too, such as by attending Local,

National or International Rallies, visiting National Parks, Local and International Harley-Davidson facilities, etc. At the end of each year, the highest point totals are rewarded with great prizes and winners are also recognized in the H.O.G. SA magazine - providing the necessary glamour and recognition to our most exploratory participants.
