H.O.G. Assist is a comprehensive recovery service which covers you in case of breakdown, accident, tyre puncture, lack of fuel and loss or theft of your Harley-Davidson keys. It also includes a comprehensive Medical Programme that will ensure that you are able to access medical advice and information, emergency medical assistance, and emergency medical transport, 24 hours a day, everyday.

International SOS will provide the Member with the following services as a result of a Medical Emergency within the Territory

• Referrals to Crisis Lines - Advice Only
• Referrals To Medical Practitioners & Facilities - Advice Only
• Emergency Response - Full cost, subject to NRPL rates

• Inter-Hospital Transfer - Full cost, subject to NRPL rates
• Medical Repatriation - Full cost, subject to NRPL rates
• Escorted Return Of Minors - Full Cost
• Repatriation of Mortal Remains - R5 000
• In-Hospital Medical Monitoring - Service only
• Compassionate Visits - R2 000
